Step-by-Step Claiming Process

  • 1. Sign Your Ticket

Before doing anything else, write your full name and affix your signature at the back of the winning ticket. This establishes your legal ownership and prevents disputes if the ticket is lost.
  • 2. Determine Where to Claim

₱20 to ₱10,000: Claim at any authorized PCSO Lotto Outlet.
₱10,001 to ₱300,000: Claim at any PCSO Branch Office.
₱300,001 and up (Jackpot): Must be claimed at the PCSO Main Office (PICCC Building, Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong City).
  • 3. Prepare Documents

Bring your winning ticket (undamaged) and two (2) valid primary IDs (e.g., Passport, Driver's License, SSS, UMID, Postal ID). The names on the IDs must match the signature on the ticket.
  • 4. Proceed to Claiming Counter

Present your ticket to the teller for validation. For large prizes, you will be escorted to the treasury department. The 20% TRAIN Law tax is automatically deducted from payouts above ₱10,000.
